Pontoon Restoration
Whether you need a full pontoon restoration or just the flooring, we have a unique process to streamline the rebuild.
That means the customer stays on the water more!
1. Free Quote
Call us today for a free quote based on your pontoon's length! We can schedule a consultation and custom-design your pontoon!
Parts are ordered at this step!
4. Railings and Furniture
Once the flooring has dried, we will lay out the new or existing railings in place. Once secured, the new or existing furniture will be laid out and installed! Wires will be replaced or reconnected in this step!
2. Disassembly Process
We start by removing all of the furniture and railings to strip the pontoon down to plywood. We will either redo the plywood or sand it down. (Based on soft spots or owners request).
5. Finishing Touches/Cleaning
Once the boat is built back together, we will test all of the electrical connections, motor functions, and lights. We will clean the interior and exterior and make your pontoon look like new!
3. Flooring (Vinyl and Plywood)
Once there is new plywood down or the existing wood is sanded, we will prep the surface for marine grade glue to apply the new vinyl flooring. This will take 24 hours to dry for best results.
6. Happy Customer!
The customer will be able to pick up or have their pontoon delivered back to the lake. Customers will be able to use the boat right away after pickup or delivery!
